Treatment of chronic prostatitis with Prostovit drops is more effective due to the unique formula with a high concentration of active substances. Tests conducted in Romania proved the effectiveness and safety of the drug. It can be used alone or in combination with other drugs. The mild action and lack of side effects allow its use for the treatment and prevention of prostatitis in men of the older age group. In order for the drops to have the desired effect, the intake must be carried out according to the instructions.

The drops are intended for men aged 18 to 80 years. The course of treatment is at least 30 days, in severe cases up to 45 days. It is not recommended to take breaks in the intake, since the active substances must reach a certain level of concentration in the blood. The drops are taken on an empty stomach, 1-2 times a day before meals. The optimal dosage is 20 drops per 100 ml of water. For the convenience of users, the bottle is equipped with a dropper cap. The volume of the product is 30 ml. The permissible period of prophylaxis is 10-15 days, which can be limited to a single dose of drops per day. Do not increase the dose, as this will lead to an increase in the load on the vessels and the heart. In addition, the drug affects the production of a number of hormones, which can also lead to unwanted consequences.

Indications for use of Prostovit:

Most often, prostatitis develops due to pathogenic bacteria, such as E. coli, Pseudomonas, Enterobacter, serration, etc. Inflammatory processes can occur due to sexually transmitted diseases caused by Trichomonas, Chlamydia, gonococci, etc. There are also non-bacterial prostatitis, the reasons for the development of which are high pressure in the vessels of the prostate, autoimmune disorders, low motor activity or excessive physical stress, as well as psycho-emotional disorders. But in all cases there are a number of common signs:

  • frequent urge to urinate;
  • pain and discomfort when urinating, while there is a feeling that the bladder is not completely empty;
  • reduced potency, erection problems, fading libido;
  • reproductive function disorders (infertility development);
  • pain in the groin and scrotum;
  • unstable emotional state, anxiety, irritability;
  • sleep disorders;
  • exacerbations of prostatitis are accompanied by fever, chills and dysuria (urinary retention).

Contraindications

Tests of the drug conducted in Romania did not reveal any side effects, including allergic reactions. But people with allergies to the components of the composition should check the reaction at a reduced dose before taking it. Drops Prostovit is contraindicated in children and adolescents, as it promotes the increased production of a number of hormones, including testosterone, which can harm the growing organism. In case of serious heart diseases, taking drops is possible only under the supervision of a doctor.
